Hello, I am Mayor Malti Rai speaking… Many carts are parked at St. Francis School Jinsi intersection. They should be removed immediately. On Monday, Mayor Rai called the officers on mobile from Bhopal’s Smart City Control Room and gave instructions like this.

Mayor Rai reviewed the Mayor Women Helpline and called the responsible persons of every department and informed them about the pending complaints. Most of the complaints on this helpline were about sewage. On this, Rai called the sewage in-charge and asked him to solve the sewage complaint immediately. He also called and talked to the encroachment, cleanliness, street lights, sewage, street dogs in-charges. After the review, while talking to the media representatives, he appealed to the citizens to cooperate in the corporation’s program of planting 01 lakh saplings in the city at the beginning of the rainy season and for environmental protection, wherever there is space available in the city, do plantation with your family members, plants will be provided by the corporation for plantation.

1044 complaints pending, resolve within 24 hours

Cases of stray dog attacks are increasing continuously in Bhopal. Complaints are being made in the Mayor Helpline. This is the reason that the number of these complaints has also increased to 888, which is the highest compared to other complaints. After this, problems of sewage, smart lights are included. Mayor Rai directed that the Mayor Helpline has been established for immediate resolution of citizens’ complaints. The complaints received on this should be resolved within 24 hours under all circumstances. He said that after the Model Code of Conduct implemented in view of the Lok Sabha elections, the Mayor Helpline has been reviewed in which about 17 thousand 444 complaints have been received in the last three months, out of which 01 thousand 44 complaints are pending and the rest have been resolved at a fast pace.
