No ABC ID, no exam: RGPV mandates digital ID for first-year students

Bhopal: The University Institute of Technology (UIT) under the Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya (RGPV) has issued a critical directive: ABC ID registration is now mandatory for all first-year B.Tech, MCA, and ME students wishing to appear for the December examinations. Students without an ABC ID will not be permitted to take the exams.

University authorities have streamlined the pre-exam process into three compulsory stages:
* Portal Registration.
* Enrolment Form Submission.
* Exam Form Submission.

After completing these steps, students must submit all required documents—including the enrolment form copy, fee receipt, 10th/12th mark sheets, and transfer certificates—to their college examination branch by November 30.

RGPV stressed that registration is essential to receive the Enrolment Number, which must be securely retained. Students are advised to keep scanned copies of their email ID, mobile number, bank details, photo, and signature ready for the online process. Strict adherence to the deadline is required, as failure to submit documents on time will result in students being barred from the examinations.
