- Universal Human Values help to balance personal and professional ethics
Bhopal: A three-day workshop on “Universal Human Values” was organized at NITTTR Bhopal. A total of 70 participants attended the program, which aimed to integrate value-based education in technical and vocational training.
The Director Prof. C.C. Tripathi said that the program on Universal Human Values help individuals to balance personal and professional ethics, which is helps in building a strong and sustainable society. Our country is known worldwide for human values and culture. The chief guest of the program was Prof. H D Charan, he said that “a society that is based on universal human values can always find innovative and harmonious solutions to challenges.” This idea underlines the profound impact the Universal Human Values Programme has on individuals, organisations and society. Dr. Kumar Sambhav and Mr. Dilshad Hussain delivered expert lectures in the programme and provided valuable insights on practical applications of human values in various spheres of self, family and society. The workshop promoted self-reflection, empathy, teamwork and effective communication among the participants. The sessions highlighted the role of the soul and its importance. The programme was coordinated by Dr. Roli Pradhan who ensured a seamless learning experience for all the participants. This initiative reflects the Institute’s commitment to empower individuals and organisations with tools that positively impact society through education based on human values. The programme discussed in detail the holistic development of the individual and a clear understanding of values. The faculty members, officers and staff of the Institute were present in the programme.
