The case pertains to a terror conspiracy hatched by the dreaded Lawrence Bishnoi gang in association with BKI to spread terrorism in India.
In its fifth chargesheet filed before the NIA Special Court at Patiala House, Delhi, the NIA has charged Rahul Sarkar for facilitating gang members commit terror activities.
