New Year marked by grand Jain rituals at Ashoka Garden

Bhopal: The New Year was celebrated with deep devotion and spiritual fervor at the Parshwanath Jinayala in Ashoka Garden, where a series of grand Jain religious ceremonies were organized. On this auspicious occasion, a magnificent Mahamastakabhisheka of Lord Adinath, Bharat, and Bahubali was performed using four golden pitchers and 108 silver pitchers, symbolizing purity, faith, and reverence. This was followed by a serene Shanti Dhara ritual conducted with silver vessels, creating an atmosphere of peace and sanctity.

To mark the New Year, a two-day Bhaktamar Stotra Maha Archana with musical recitation was held on December 31 and January 1. Devotees participated with great enthusiasm in the Bhaktamar Vidhan, while Gurudev’s spiritual discourses added depth and meaning to the celebrations. According to media in-charge Ashok Jain Sarani, devotees from Ahmedabad, Delhi, Indore, Guna, Ashoknagar, and several other cities attended the program, reflecting its wide spiritual appeal.
