New Delhi: Reinforcing its commitment to social responsibility and community welfare, NBCC (India) Limited has flagged off a lifesaving ambulance dedicated to Hanle under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative.
The ambulance was flagged off from the World Trade Centre Nauroji Nagar by K. P. Mahadevaswamy, Chairman and Managing Director of NBCC, in the presence of Director (Finance) Anjeev Kumar Jain and Chief Vigilance Officer Ritu Pande.
The initiative aims to improve access to critical healthcare services in the remote and high-altitude region of Hanle in Ladakh, where timely medical assistance often remains a challenge due to difficult terrain and limited healthcare infrastructure. The deployment of the ambulance is expected to ensure quicker emergency response and provide better medical support to the local community.
Speaking on the occasion, NBCC leadership reiterated the organisation’s continued commitment to creating meaningful social impact through its CSR initiatives. By supporting healthcare services in remote regions, the company seeks to enhance the quality of life and ensure essential medical care reaches communities that need it the most.
