Nagpur violence: Maha CM calls for peace, urges people not to believe rumours

Mumbai, Mar 17 (UNI) Following the violence in central Nagpur on Monday evening, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis called for peace and urged people not to believe in rumours.

Fadnavis assured that the police are handling the matter and managing tense situation in the Mahal area.

“Police are managing the situation following stone pelting and tense situation in the Mahal area,” he said in a statement.
