Now you can register your property from any corner of the country or the world sitting at home. This facility has been available in the state since Thursday. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has launched Sampada-2.0 portal and mobile app. MP is the first state in the country to provide such a facility.
During this, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that Sampada 2.0 will become a milestone of digital revolution.
In the program held at Kushabhau Thackeray International Convention Center, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that the whole country will follow this innovation. Earlier, one had to come to the office for document registration and other works in the state, but through the portal and app, everyone will be able to avail this facility from home.
Center handed over the work of GIS of 120 cities to MP
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the Central Government has handed over 2 new important tasks to the MP. In this, the GIS work of 120 cities will be completed by the IT Department through the Department of Science and Technology. Also, GIS labs are going to be established in all the districts of the state. The state will get the benefit of this. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that MP is making a lot of progress in the field of IT. With innovation in IT, the Madhya Pradesh government will move towards a paperless system. On this occasion, the CM honored the officers and employees of the property department.
GIS mapping of property will be done
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, while explaining the features of Sampada-2.0, said that it is a software based on advanced technology. In this, GST and Unique ID have also been integrated with Aadhaar along with Revenue Finance Department and Urban Administration. The collector guideline rate of the land will be known through the location in the app. The software will do GIC mapping of the property, biometric identification and formatting of documents. Personal presence will not be required for registration of documents. Document verification and registration will be possible from home. The applicant will receive the soft copy of the document through WhatsApp and email. Citizens will get the benefit of the new system of e-registration and e-stamping. People will be able to sell their property and get it registered from home. With this system, online registrations can be done not only from the state but also from outside the state and the country. This will also save the time of the common man and will also provide relief from unnecessary charges. The CM also had a virtual dialogue with those who got e-registration done. Mariano Matias of Spain said that till date the work of e-registry has not started even in Spain. The work that could not be done in Spain, has been done by the team of Madhya Pradesh under the leadership of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav.
