Participates in ‘Baithak’ program by MP Tak
Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh is rapidly emerging as one of India’s fastest-developing states, a fact underscored by Deputy Chief Minister Rajendra Shukla during his participation in MP Tak’s “Baithak” program. Shukla emphasized the state government’s unwavering commitment to expanding healthcare infrastructure and fostering overall growth.
“In 2003, Madhya Pradesh had just five government medical colleges; today, that number has surged to 17, with two more opening this year and six more planned for next,” stated Shukla. He highlighted the government’s dual approach of strengthening public health facilities while also encouraging private investment in healthcare and medical education, ensuring quality treatment is accessible to all citizens.
Under the guidance of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and the leadership of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, Madhya Pradesh is witnessing comprehensive development across various sectors. Global Investor Summits and Regional Conclaves are attracting significant investment, spurring growth in health, industry, tourism, education, and infrastructure statewide.
Shukla also elaborated on initiatives like telemedicine, which is extending specialist healthcare to remote villages, and the development of Community Health Centers (CHCs) as first referral units. He also proudly spoke of the all-round development of the Vindhya region, leveraging its natural potential and political will to ensure rapid progress across various sectors, aiming for Vindhya to lead among India’s developed regions in the coming years.
