Sagar, Feb 25 (UNI) At least 35 passengers were injured when a bus collided with a container in Madhya Pradesh’s Sagar district on Tuesday, police said.
According to police sources, the accident took place in Chanaua area on Damoh-Sagar State Highway. Five of the injured have been referred to Sagar district hospital with serious injuries. The rest of the injured were treated at Gadhakota.
The passengers in the bus were returning from Prayagraj to Bhopal district.
A police team also reached the spot as soon as the information was received.
The police have registered a case and are investigating the matter.
