Chennai, Jan 30 (UNI) A minor earth quake was reported in the southern Virudhunagar
district of Tamil Nadu last night.
Met office said it was a Magnitude: 3.0 nad occurred at 21:06:57 IST at Latitude: 9.44 N
Longitude: 77.71 E at a depth of 10 Km in the region Virudhunagar.
No damages were reported though people felt some shocks and ran out of their houses
to open spaces due to panic.
