Minor mismanagement witnessed during ‘Kisan Mahachaupal’ meeting

Bhopal: A few untoward incidents were witnessed during the massive ‘Kisan Mahachaupal’ rally held in the city on Tuesday.

Journalists who had arrived to cover the event expressed dissatisfaction over the seating arrangements, particularly as they were required to sit under the scorching afternoon sun. The programme commenced around 3.00 pm, later than scheduled, leading to discomfort among members of the media and attendees. Some journalists were seen raising their concerns before Congress spokespersons at the venue.

Amid the large turnout, several farmers were also seen climbing tree tops in an attempt to catch a glimpse of the leaders addressing the gathering. Despite the brief disruptions and visible inconvenience caused by the heat, the rally continued as planned with senior party leaders delivering their speeches.
