‘Maxton Hall’ season three wraps filming, first photos released

Los Angeles, Dec 3 (UNI) Filming for the third season of Prime Video’s ‘Maxton Hall – The World Between Us’ has officially wrapped. Recently released first-look photos have already given fans a glimpse into the final chapter of Ruby (Harriet Herbig-Matten) and James’s (Damian Hardung) sweeping love story.
The upcoming season, produced by UFA Fiction, is adapted from Save Us, the third book in Mona Kasten’s bestselling LYX novel series. The production is supported by the German Motion Picture Fund (GMPF), reported Deadline.
Alongside leads Harriet Herbig-Matten and Damian Hardung, the ensemble cast includes Sonja Weisser as Lydia, Eidin Jalali as Graham, Ben Felipe as Cyril, Fedja van Huet as Mortimer, Runa Greiner as Ember, Justus Riesner as Alistair, Govinda Gabriel as Kesh, Andrea Guo as Lin, Frederic Balonier as Kieran, Eli Riccardi as Elaine, and Dagny Dewath as Ophelia.
Martin Schreier returns to direct, with Markus Brunnemann and Ceylan Yildirim serving as executive producers. The season is written by Sandra Stockmann, Ceylan Yildirim, Marlene Melchior, Catharina Junk, and Aylin Kockler, while Eike Adler and Valentin Debler serve as producers.
According to the official synopsis, “Ruby is pushed to her limits after being suspended from Maxton Hall College, and all signs point to James as the cause of her expulsion. The blow jeopardizes her Oxford dream and puts their relationship under immense strain.”
It further read, “As Ruby and James fight to save her graduation, their environment, and James’s circle of friends, is swept into a turbulent emotional storm that upends the world they know. Ruby and James are forced to confront just how different their lives are, and that not everything is as it seems. Can their love and friendships survive as the shadows of the past grow darker?”
