Bhopal: A large foot march was organised in the Narela Assembly constituency on the occasion of Martyrs’ Day, drawing significant participation from local youth and political workers. The march commenced from Pushpa Nagar Square and concluded at Punjabi Bagh, covering a key stretch of the area.
The event was organised by the Bhagat Kranti Dal, Bhopal, under the leadership of Ashish Sharma, who carried a portrait of Bhagat Singh during the procession as a tribute. Congress leader Manoj Shukla and NSUI state president Ashutosh Chouksey were present on the occasion.
The march began near Pushpa Nagar petrol pump and proceeded on foot to Punjabi Bagh, where it concluded. Hundreds of youths participated enthusiastically, reflecting strong public sentiment on the day.
Several local leaders and activists, including Amit Khatri, Tariq Ali, Deepak Diwan and others, were also in attendance, marking the occasion with collective remembrance and unity.
