Sydney, June 28 (UNI) A man has been hospitalised following a late-night shooting in western Sydney.
Police said that the man, believed to be aged in his 20s, was shot while sitting in a parked vehicle in Penrith, 50 km west of central Sydney, last night.
Emergency services were called to the scene and the man was treated by ambulance paramedics for a gunshot wound before being taken to hospital with injuries not considered life threatening.
