Jaisalmer, March 22 (UNI) Mallika Sherawat has joined the filming of the second chapter of reality show “The Traitors India”, which has commenced in the regal city of Jaisalmer.
The production is once again stationed at the opulent Suryagarh Palace, a heritage resort that also hosted the widely publicised wedding of Kiara Advani and Sidharth Malhotra in January 2023. The show is hosted by Karan Johar, who recently travelled to Jaisalmer to film, reports Variety India.
Mallika, who resides abroad, was last seen in the 2024 movie, “Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video.”
The actress shot to fame with her performance in “Murder,” in a role considered too bold for her times. She also featured with pop icon Bruno Mars in the music video, “Whatta Man.”
“The Traitors India” Season 2 has a total of 20 participants that include actors, content creators and personalities from other fields. Amazon Prime Video India confirmed the second season days before the first season of “The Traitors India” ended on July 3, 2025. Uorfi Javed and Nikita Luther were the joint winners of the season.
