Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that proper arrangements should be made for the organization of the upcoming Navratri and Dussehra festival in accordance with religious sentiments and traditions. The district administration should work actively to make proper arrangements in all the temples and shrines of the state. He said that this year’s Dussehra will be even more joyful, because this is the first Dussehra after the establishment of Lord Shri Ram’s temple in Ayodhya.
Dr. Yadav said that after the end of Shraddha Paksha, the festival of Navratri is going to start from October 3. We will celebrate the festival of Navratri with pomp and show with the works started through the third time government of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and our government. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that it should be our endeavor that the basic religious sentiments of the common people are not hurt behind celebrating these festivals. May Goddess Mother, who is the form of power, bless us so that everyone can do good deeds and walk on the right path. Various construction works are being carried out by the government in the Devi Lokas in the state. He also directed to pay special attention to the quality of construction works. All kinds of facilities should be provided to the devotees visiting the Dev Sthals. He said that according to Hindu tradition, the quarter of religious festivals will start from the month of September. The religious atmosphere and festive atmosphere starts in the state with the sequential arrival of festivals like Ganesh Chaturthi, Navratri, Dussehra and Diwali and Christmas.
Navaratri should be celebrated with spirit of brotherhood
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the repair work of Parikrama Sthal and the routes to and from other religious places including Sharda Maa in Maihar, Pitambara Peeth of Datia, Baglamukhi Mata of Nalkheda, Harsiddhi Mata of Ujjain, Mata Ji of Chetanpur in Vidisha should be completed immediately. The police department should make adequate arrangements for electricity, drinking water and security on the route. Any kind of anti-social elements or their activities will not be tolerated in and around the religious places. He said that by making proper arrangements, this year Navratri should be celebrated with pomp and brotherhood. Every event will be celebrated with peace and harmony as per our ancient and Sanatani tradition.
