Kolhapur / Ratnagiri, (UNI) Some police officers and constables were injured after a swarm of bees attacked a convoy of Maharashtra deputy chief minister Ajit Pawar while he was inspecting Sardesai Wada at Kasba village in Sagmeshwar tehsil of Ratnagiri district on Sunday.
According to police, Pawar, who was on a brief visit of Ratnagiri district, was in Kasba village inspecting Sardesai Wada in Sangam Mandir area this evening, when bees suddenly attacked convoy of Pawar.
In this incident, some police officers and constables were injured.
However, officers put Pawar safely in a vehicle from a harm’s way.
