Mumbai, Feb 3 (UNI) Sonakshi Sinha, a prominent actress in the Hindi film industry, recently sold her Mumbai flat located in Bandra for Rs 22.50 crore, according to property registration documents on the website of Inspector General of Registration (IGR).
According to property registration documents which was reviewed by Square Yards, which is India’s growing real estate website for buy, sale and rent, the transaction was registered in January 2025.
The 4,211 square feet flat was extremely opulent. It is located in the heart of Mumbai in the Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC).
Sinha had purchased the flat for Rs 14 crore in March 2020; the most recent transaction shows a 61 percent increase in value since then.
Remarkably, the actress also owns another flat in the same exclusive complex.
