According to Mr. Garg, the approval focuses on three major initiatives Women Entrepreneurship Platform (WEP-MP), State Data Analysis Platform (SDAP), and Growth-Hub Initiative (G-Hub). The WEP-MP will accelerate the growth of women-led enterprises through policy reforms, strategic partnerships, and the establishment of a dedicated digital platform. The SDAP will be developed with NITI Aayog’s National Data Analytics Platform (NDAP). It aims to support evidence-based policymaking, improve program monitoring, and ensure better allocation of resources by integrating multi-sectoral datasets. The G-Hub is focused on promoting economic growth in identified regions, G-Hub will design tailored development roadmaps to accelerate regional economic progress.
Additionally, the Climate Adaptive Action Plan (CAAP) will support climate adaptation and mitigation strategies aligned with the Net Zero 2070 goals and sustainable development objectives. A Monitoring, Evaluation, and Impact Assessment Unit will be established to strengthen data-driven governance by assessing and tracking state policies and programs.
