Lok Sabha adjourned till 2 pm after ruckus

New Delhi, Dec 5 (UNI) After smooth functioning for three days, ruckus revisited the Lok Sabha, when Opposition and treasury benches tirade guns at each other over various issues, including Adani and Sambhal, forcing the adjournment of the House till 2 pm on Thursday.

As soon as the Speaker, Om Birla, called for the Zero Hour at 12, Opposition members demanded discussion on Sambhal.

The Speaker said, “You want to speak on the Sambhal issue during the Zero Hour, but Nishikant Dubey wants to say something, and after that you can speak on Sambhal.”

Nishikant, while speaking, alleged that the “main agenda of the Opposition is only to derail the government.”

During his submission, Dubey accused the Leader of the Opposition Rahul Gandhi, of meeting some controversial people in America.

On this, the Opposition members trooped into the well of the House and started raising slogans. Meanwhile, members from the ruling party too started making noise.

Moreover, Dubey also raised the issue of the “OCCRP report” and also took the name of “George Soros.”

Congress’ Gaurav Gogoi said that the government is not able to handle the Manipur situation, and it wants to make Sambhal like Manipur.

Following this, both the Opposition and ruling party members raised slogans against each other, and Speaker Birla adjourned the House till 2 pm.
