Bhopal: An LLB student committed suicide in Bhopal’s Nishatpura area on Saturday and Sunday night. Police suspect the suicide was due to a love affair. They have registered a case and begun an investigation. The deceased’s mobile phone will be examined.
According to police, the student lived in a rented house in Bhopal’s Karond area. She was in a love affair with a youth and wanted to marry him. Police suspect that she took her own life due to a failed relationship. The youth himself informed her mother about the suicide over the phone.
The youth also informed her mother about a dispute between him and the girl. However, due to the lack of a suicide note, the exact cause of the suicide remains undetermined. Police have confiscated the deceased’s mobile phone. After the post-mortem on Monday afternoon, the body was handed over to the family.
