Kelkar honoured with Shaligram Tomar Smriti Samman

Bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav remarked that the esteemed Shaligram Tomar, the founder of the Vidyarthi Parishad, played a pivotal role in shaping every student in the organization. He was known for forgiving the mistakes of workers and striving to bring out the best in them. Dr. Yadav emphasized that Shaligram ji dedicated himself to uncovering the talents of students by meticulously analyzing their strengths and weaknesses to foster their personal development.

Dr. Yadav made these remarks while addressing the “Shaligram Tomar Smriti Samaroh” organized by Navlay Sanstha at Manav Bhawan. During the ceremony, he paid floral tributes to the portraits of Shyama Prasad Mukharji and Shaligram Tomar, and inaugurated the event by lighting a lamp in front of a portrait of Ma Bharti.

In honor of his contributions, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav presented senior Vidyarthi Parishad worker Suryakant Kelkar with the Shaligram Tomar Smriti Rashtriya Sevi Samman, which included a shawl, memento, and certificate of honor. The ceremony was also attended by Shaligram Tomar’s wife, Smt. Shanta Tomar, other family members, Chhattisgarh Deputy Chief Minister Arun Sao, MP Brij Mohan Agarwal, and other distinguished public representatives and organization officials.
