Thrissur, Jan 3 (UNI) The International Theatre Festival will open in Thrissur from January 25 to February 1 with the participation of nine countries showcasing their plays.
Brazil, Armenia, Palestine, Slovakia, Spain, Japan and Denmark are some of the countries taking part in the eight day festival which will feature 23 plays.
Eight national level productions from Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, Assa, and Madhya Pradesh will also take part in the festival.
