Jaipur: EXP Exchange’s flagship conclave, Retrouvailles 2026, once again highlighted India’s growing dominance in the global luxury wedding landscape. The fifth edition of the event brought together an exclusive gathering of over 450 high-end delegates, thought leaders and key stakeholders from India and abroad, reaffirming the country’s position as a preferred destination for opulent, large-scale weddings.
Curated by Kanika Mehta of EXP Exchange, Retrouvailles 2026 was held at the elegant Anantara Jewel Bagh, Jaipur. Delegates from Europe, the Mediterranean, South East Asia, the Midwest and the Asia-Pacific region came together for what was more than a conventional conference. Over two days, the conclave unfolded as an intimate and influential forum, shaping conversations around where luxury weddings are hosted and how they are conceptualised and executed.
The event was inaugurated by Rajasthan’s Deputy Chief Minister, Ms Diya Kumari, who attended as the Chief Guest. Addressing the gathering, she spoke about the “Wed in India” and “Meet in India” vision, emphasising that India and Rajasthan in particular offers unparalleled heritage, hospitality and infrastructure to host some of the world’s most memorable weddings.
Retrouvailles 2026 saw the participation of some of the most respected names in the wedding and live entertainment industry. Prominent attendees included Sabbas Joseph and Viraf Sarkari of Wizcraft, Nimit Mehta and Puneet Mehta of R2S Global Event Network, Mohammed Morani of Cineyug, Rajeev Jain of Rashi Entertainment, Vijay Arora of Touchwood Group, Vandana Mohan of The Wedding Design Company, and Chetan Vohra of WeddingLine, among others. Senior leaders from global destination management companies and luxury hospitality brands such as Inventum, Rixos and NG Phaselis Bay added a strong international perspective to the discussions.
The conclave was hosted by Mr Vimal Kumar, General Manager of Anantara Jaipur, further underscoring Jaipur’s rising stature as a global luxury wedding destination.
