Chhatarpur: In a heartbreaking incident that has stunned Chhatarpur, a young man distraught over the death of his cousin has committed suicide after posting an emotional video online.

The tragedy unfolded at the HM Hotel on the Chhatarpur four-lane highway. The victim, identified as Rajesh Mishra, took his own life with a gunshot wound, unable to cope with the recent loss of his aunt’s son in a fatal accident.

In a disturbing pre-recorded video that is now viral, Mishra expressed his profound despair. “My brother is gone. My body is just a shell; my soul is dead too,” he said. He added that he felt neither hunger nor thirst. In a final, desperate vow, he declared his intent to fight anyone—human or God, except Mahakal—to reclaim his brother. “I will tell God, ‘Who did you take?’… I will bring my brother back,” he tragically stated before pulling the trigger.
