On Thursday, CID produced Shweta Swapnil Jain in a Bhopal court after a day remand in the human trafficking case involving the famous Honey Trap. The court was informed by the CID that the inquiry has been completed and no further inquiry is required. Shweta’s judicial custody was sought by an application from CID.
Magistrate Shyam Sundar Jha ordered Shweta to be sent to Indore jail on judicial remand till 19 November. The court has scheduled the next hearing on November 19 for the action of chalk and action.
After the court order, CID officials left for Indair with Shweta. Shweta Vijay Jain and Aarti Dayal were also jailed in judicial custody on Tuesday in the case of human trafficking.
During the hearing, Shweta submitted an application in the court stating that she has a skin disease. Apart from this she is suffering from thyroid, stone and other diseases. Shweta’s lawyer Vivek Chaudhary alleged that her client is not getting proper treatment in jail, which is causing her a lot of trouble.
The court also directed the Indore jail superintendent to get proper treatment after getting the diseases diagnosed. A case of criminal conspiracy, including sections of human trafficking, has been registered against Shweta Swapnil Jain, Shweta Vijay Jain and others on the report of Hiralal Yadav living in village Narsinghgarh district Rajgarh.
Hiralal had said that taking advantage of their weak economic situation, Shweta, Aarti and Abhishek Singh seduced their daughter Monica and pushed her into illegal business. In the same case, on Saturday, Hiralal gave a statement that the case was registered under police pressure.
