Bhopal: In a spirited push to promote the official language, the Bhopal Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) Office organized a “Hindi Rajbhasha Competition” on December 23, 2025. The event, spearheaded by the Rajbhasha Department, saw enthusiastic participation from over 30 employees across various railway departments.
The highlight of the event was an intensive Hindi Quiz, where participants showcased their linguistic expertise, creativity, and deep understanding of the language. Beyond a simple test of skills, the competition served as a reminder that Hindi is not just a tool for official documentation but a vital bridge for strengthening public relations and streamlining daily administrative tasks.
Senior officials addressed the gathering, urging staff to integrate Hindi more extensively into their routine professional interactions to enhance office transparency and connectivity. Winners of the competition will be honored with certificates and cash prizes in an upcoming ceremony. This initiative underscores the Indian Railways’ ongoing commitment to preserving and propagating the nation’s linguistic heritage within its operational framework.
