Hearse Vehicles to Be Available at District Hospitals: CM Yadav

Bhopal, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has announced that the Madhya Pradesh Government will provide hearse services to families who are unable to transport the bodies of their deceased loved ones. The state will ensure that the mortal remains are respectfully delivered to their homes via government-provided vehicles.

The initiative will first be implemented at the district level and will gradually be extended to development blocks and tehsils. In the event of road accidents or other distressing situations leading to death, the government will provide hearse vehicles to the families without delay.

In a statement issued to the media on Friday, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the state government is highly sensitive and fully understands the pain families go through during such moments of grief. He added that necessary instructions have already been issued to the Department of Public Health and Medical Education to implement this service efficiently.
