Bhopal: An Activa and a motorcycle collided violently on Friday night in Kohefija, Bhopal. Ashu Jain, a grocery businessman who was injured in the accident, succumbed to his injuries on Monday while receiving treatment. CCTV footage of the incident has emerged, shedding light on the tragic event. Jain had celebrated a love marriage just a year ago.
According to the police, Ashu Jain, 30, the son of Ajay Jain and a resident of Ashiana Apartment Koh-e-Fiza, operated a grocery shop located in front of Koh-e-Fiza Chowki. He employed a youth from Lalghati, whom he would drop home daily after closing his shop around 11 PM. Late Friday night, Jain was returning home after dropping off his employee.
The accident occurred when Jain suddenly turned his Activa near Koh-e-Fiza Chowki, leading to a collision with an oncoming motorcycle ridden by two youths. All three persons involved sustained serious injuries in the crash. Tragically, Ashu Jain later died during treatment, while the condition of the other injured motorcycle rider remains critical.
