Goddess Curfewwali adorned with gold necklace

The period of worship on Shardiya Navratri continues in the capital. Devotees are offering prayers in pandals and temples. On Friday, the 41st foundation day of Maa Bhavani Curfew Wali Mata Ji Temple was celebrated.

On this occasion, a gold necklace of 15 gms was given to Mataji and a gold necklace of two tola was given to Goddess Parvati by the Somvara Bhavani Temple Committee. Chairman of the committee, Ramesh Saini said that this evening amidst the cheers of Maa Bhavani, the Saint Samaj present in large numbers including Sudesh Shandilya, Mahant Kanhaiya Das, Mahant Kanhaiya Das, Mahant Loknath Yogi, Mahant Radha Mohan Das, the head of Karuna Dham Ashram, presented both the gold necklaces. After worshiping Mata Ji, Subhash Raizada, Mahesh Saini, Jagdish Joshi, Pramod Nema etc. of all Saints Samman Samiti did the same. Suhaag material was also distributed among the female devotees present. A large number of devotees were present during the program.

Matarani worshiped in Kalibari

Bengali Durga Puja started from Shashthi on Friday. Devotees worshiped Matarani. The five-day Bengali Durga festival started on Friday. During this time, Maa Durga was established with rituals in the Kalibadis of the city and attractive tableaux were decorated. During this period, cultural programs based on religious and Bengali culture are being organized in Kalibaris.
