Just as the Sun and the Diya provide energy and free us from darkness, similarly sants provide new light in the form of knowledge to our lives. CM Dr. Mohan Yadav said this in the ‘Amritsya Maa Narmada Pad Parikrama Programme’ organized at Brahmapuri Ghat in Omkareshwar today. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav offered prayers to Maa Narmada and performed aarti at Brahmapuri Ghat.
CM said that saints always inspire and encourage us to follow the right path. He said that rivers, mountains, and hills are a gift of nature to humans. We all need to make efforts to conserve it. We are proud of our culture and we should do so.
Digital revolution of Narmada Parikrama
CM Dr. Yadav said that the Narmada Parikrama app will help the people to have correct during Parikrama and will also increase employment opportunities for the local people. He said that employment opportunities available locally will keep people connected to their villages and cities. Efforts to employ local people through the digital revolution will write a new chapter in the history of the Narmada River.
