Bhopal, Muni Shri Virag Sagar Ji Maharaj, seated in Ayodhya Nagar Jinalaya, first received Chullak Diksha in his childhood, at the age of just 17 years. On the strength of his sadhana, he received Muni Diksha at the age of just 20 years and then attained the Acharya post at the young age of 28 years.
Vatsalya Maa Virag Sagar Ji Maharaj gave about 350 Dikshas in the whole of India. He has 550 disciples across the country and has played an important role in completing Samadhi of about 160 sages with Sanlekhana.
Hemlata Jain Rachna told that 108 Uccharanacharya Shri Vinamr Sagar Ji Maharaj Sangh, the capable disciple of Virag Sagar Maharaj Ji, is seated in Ayodhya Nagar Jain Temple. A huge Vinayanjali Sabha was organized in the presence of Acharya Vinamra Sagar Ji Maharaj, the author of more than 8000 poetry collections including “Jeevan Hai Pani Ki Boond Kab Mit Jaye Re”. Members and devotees of all the temples of BHEL area were present in large numbers in this meeting.
The program started with the unveiling of Acharya Virag Sagar Ji Maharaj’s picture and lighting of the lamp. Thereafter, Muni Shri Sudatta Sagar Ji Maharaj offered his Vinayanjali. On this occasion, Acharya Vinamr Sagar Maharaj offered his Vinayanjali to his Guru with great gratitude.
Acharya Shri expressed his thoughts from the day of his initiation till the moments spent with the Guru, the glory of the Guru and the importance of the Guru in our lives.
