A four-day Ijtima will be organized in the capital from December 8 to 11. Jamaats from 15 countries except Pakistan will be included in this.
For this, arrangements are being made to accommodate people and parking in about 250 acres of Itkhedi. For this, the work of leveling the land and setting up tents has been started. It is significant that Alami Tablighi Ijtima ( Islamic Congregation) which is one of the five biggest Islamic events of the world, is organized every year in Bhopal. Apart from the country, people from abroad also come to participate in it. This time a ban has been imposed on the congregations coming from Pakistan. In such a situation, Jamaats from other countries except Pakistan will participate in it. Organizers estimate that this time more than 10 lakh people from India and abroad will participate in the Ijtima.
Plastic utensils will not be used
Plastic and paper utensils will not be used in such a big event. To make the Ijtima clean, this time tea, snacks and food will be served in steel and ceramic utensils. Due to this, one thousand quintals less garbage will be generated at the venue than every year. For this, the committee is preparing to create a bank of one million utensils.
