Yuva Sanskritik Manch convener Rakesh Kukreja said that India should form a law to control exploding population implement one child policy to control the population. Sumit Ahuja said that the signature sheet will be sent to the Union Law Minister Ravishankar Prasad through district Collector. A large number of Yuva Sanskritik Manch workers including Rajesh Soni, Sushil Yadav, Abhishek Kherde, Naresh Golani, Manish Meghani, Sonu Kataria were present on the occasion.
Thousands of people came together and participated in the campaign and demanded action to form law for population control. Common people expressed their opinion and said that uncontrolled population is one of the major problems in the country so strict actions should be taken to curb population in the country and if strict actions are not taken soon, it will lead to the destruction of the country. They also said that if the population explosion is not controlled the upcoming generations will have to face the consequences.
Resources of food, water are limited and we don’t have enough to fulfill the demands of the future generations. India is still facing economic problems and poverty it will get worst if the population is not controlled. Increasing population is a big hurdle in India’s development. They said that government should amend some laws to control the population and should also amend some laws to educate the socially backward, underprivileged in the rural areas of India. On the occasion of World Population Day, Yuva Sanskritik Manch launched a signature campaign for the law to control population at Lalghati in the State capital on Thursday.
