Rajnandgaon, Dec 3 (UNI) BJP Vice President and Chhattisgarh’s erstwhile Chief Minister Raman Singh is leading by 20,625 votes over his nearest rival Girish Dewangan (Congress) in Rajnandgaon Assembly constituency during the sixth round of counting.
