Bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has called for the success of the special awareness campaign, ‘Hum Honge Kamyab’ fortnight, dedicated to the safety and dignity of women. In his message, Dr. Yadav emphasized that ensuring women’s safety and respect is not solely the responsibility of the government or police but a shared duty of every individual in society. The campaign, scheduled from 25th November to 19th December, highlights the pivotal role of men in fostering change. By adopting positive attitudes and behaviors, men can challenge the societal norms and prejudices that fuel violence against women, paving the way for a safer and more respectful environment for all.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that it is the responsibility of all men to keep our women safe and worry about them in our society and family. We have to teach the boys in the house right from their childhood to respect every woman. We must ensure that daughters do not face physical violence or exploitation and consider them our equals. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that parents must make their children aware and oppose violence against women. Also, create an environment of equality for all in society and family. Discrimination between son and daughter and woman and man should end. For the respect and safety of women, equal cooperation between society, government and law is necessary. Only then will we be able to build a better society where every woman and every sister will be safe and will be able to realize their dreams.
