Bhopal: Commissioner Urban Administration and Development Sanket S Bhondve has said that the efforts being made for green space in the rating of urban bodies in the state will be considered an important point of the overall evaluation. He said that the schemes should be reviewed regularly to maintain the quality and timeliness of the work. Commissioner Shri Bhondve was addressing the meeting of departmental officers after taking charge today.
Commissioner Bhondve said that the schemes should be implemented in such a way that the common citizens can get its benefits in a simple and accessible way. The Commissioner emphasized on ensuring the availability of technical resources required for the effective operation of e-office. He said that a virtual meeting based on current issues focused on urban schemes will now be held every 15 days. Bharat App will be used in the meeting.
Use of Digi Locker for the safety of documents
Commissioner Bhondve said that the use of Digi Locker should be encouraged for the safety of documents like fire certificate. He inspected the municipality building and gave instructions to keep the office premises well-organized and clean.
