New Delhi, Aug 29 (UNI) EaseMyTrip today informed that Prashant Pitti has stepped down as the Managing Director of the company with immediate effect in an exchange filing.
As per the filing, Nishant Pitti has been elevated to the post of Chairman cum Managing Director effective August 29, 2025, subject to shareholders’ approvals.
On his appointment as Chairman & MD of EaseMyTrip, Nishant Pitti said, “ Stepping into the role of Chairman cum Managing Director (CMD) gives me an opportunity to work even more closely with our people to unlock new opportunities, scale new heights and continue building a travel-tech brand that India can be proud of.”
