Now no file is seen on the table of any officer in the State Election Commission. Employees are also not seen here and there in the officers’ room with files. All this has happened due to the implementation of e-file system in the entire office. State Election Commissioner Basant Pratap Singh has said that by implementing this system, the resolution of files has accelerated and the problem of their maintenance has also ended.
Secretary State Election Commission Abhishek Singh has said that to fulfill the resolution of making the office paperless, the entire team has worked diligently and has given a concrete shape to the e-file system. He said that different portals have been created for office facilities. Electronic Human Resource Management System has been created for officers and employees and Court Case Management System has been created for judicial cases. The Commission is also working on e-polling booth management system.
