Udaipur, Feb 26 (UNI) Drawing inspiration from the timeless devotion of Ram and Sita, actors Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna solemnised their relationship in an intimate wedding in the grand locations of Udaipur, surrounded by close friends and family, on Thursday.
Rashmika wore a beautiful red-and-gold bridal outfit paired with traditional gold jewellery and soft, glowing makeup. Vijay complemented her look in a white dhoti, paired with a golden waistband and a red shawl, embracing a dignified and traditional appearance. A sweet highlight from the ceremony showed Rashmika affectionately kissing Vijay on the nose, a moment that quickly won over fans.
The couple, aged 29 and 36 respectively, were also seen participating in customary wedding rituals. Continuing with tradition, the bride and groom enjoyed a playful ceremony featuring a silver pot, signifying the beginning of their life as partners.
From tying the knot in 2018 for their first film together titled “Geetha Govindam” to tying the knot in real-time, this completes a full life circle.

Vijay reflected on how incomplete life felt without her and marked their union with the date 26.02.2026. He captioned, “One day, I missed her. Missed her in a way that made me feel like my day would’ve been better if she were around.
Like my meals would’ve felt more wholesome if she were sitting across from me.Like my workouts would’ve been more fun and less of a punishment if she were doing them with me. Like I needed her – just to feel that sense of home and calm, no matter where I was. So, I made my best friend… my wife.”
Rashmika introduced Vijay as “My Husband, Vijju” in her emotional post, describing him as her peace, her biggest supporter and the person who encouraged her to dream bigger. She said she was thrilled to start this journey side by side, adding that it was “full party from now.”
