Dr. Rajoura will monitor mega project

  • With the new gathering in the CM Secretariat, work has been divided afresh among officers

After the gathering of new officers in the Chief Minister’s Secretariat, the work has been divided afresh. The biggest responsibility has been entrusted to Additional Chief Secretary Dr. Rajesh Rajoura. Dr. Rajoura has been given the biggest responsibility of completing the government’s Sankalp Patra-2023, while in view of Simhastha, the importance of Indore and Ujjain divisions has increased now.

Along with being the home area of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, Ujjain is also the biggest pilgrimage site of the state and preparations for Simhastha have also started in full swing here. In such a situation, the responsibility of maintaining constant monitoring here has also been entrusted to Dr. Rajoura. In the new distribution of work among the officers in the Chief Minister’s Secretariat, Principal Secretary Sanjay Kumar Shukla is second and Raghavendra Kumar Singh is third. After him comes Secretary Bharat Yadav. Changes have also been made in the work of Additional Chief Secretary, Under Secretary and Special Duty Officers posted in the Chief Minister’s Secretariat. A total of 26 officers have been assigned new responsibilities so that work can be conducted normally in the Chief Minister’s Secretariat.

Shukla is responsible for coordination with 19 departments

Principal Secretary Sanjay Kumar Shukla has been given the responsibility of monitoring the schemes, programs, announcements and pending cases of 19 departments as well as follow up. Apart from CM’s announcements, A Plus and A Monitor, he will be responsible for CM Dashboard, maintenance of letters of MPs, Ministers, MLAs and ensuring action on the letters. Along with this, he will also monitor the achievements, works, decisions of the state government, work related to Atmanirbhar MP and meetings of the Chief Minister’s Council. He will also look after works like CM Vishvaanudan, Chief Minister’s Relief Fund, CM Helpline, Samadhan Online. Shukla will also be responsible for the work and coordination related to departments like GAD, Panchayat and Rural Development, Home, Finance, Transport, Water Resources, Narmada Valley Development, Public Health and Medical Education, Forest, Energy, Industrial Policy and Investment. He has also been entrusted with the necessary coordination work on administrative issues related to Bhopal, Narmadapuram and Shahdol divisions.

Raghavendra Kumar Singh will coordinate in the matters of work and cases of MLAs, MPs

Principal Secretary Raghavendra Kumar Singh has been given the responsibility of coordinating with a total of 21 departments. Along with the necessary coordination in the works and cases of MLAs, MPs, he has also been given the responsibility of other works assigned from time to time by the Chief Minister and senior officers. He has been given the responsibility of looking after the matters of departments like School, Higher Education, SC, JA, Tourism, IT, Labor, Women and Child Development, Culture. Singh has also been given the work of coordination of Gwalior, Chambal and Sagar divisions.

Rajesh Hingankar will look after police related matters

IPS and Officer on Special Duty in Chief Minister’s Secretariat Rajesh Hingankar will look after matters related to Home Police, Jail and Sports and Youth Welfare. Along with security related matters, he will also look after matters related to welfare of Police, Army, Paramilitary Forces, Ex-Servicemen. Similarly, OSD CM Mahesh Chaudhary, Additional Secretary Avinash Lavania, Deputy Secretary Laxman Markam, Manish Pandey, OSD Lokesh Sharma, Additional Secretary Chandrashekhar Walimbe, Deputy Secretary Aditi Garg, Anshul Gupta, Hdayesh Srivastava, Rishi Pawar, Under Secretary Aditya Kumar Sharma, Sandeep Ashthana, Ashish Kumar Pandey, Shrilekhi Kshatriya, Ashutosh Goswami, Kewalram Dhurve, besides 5 other OSDs have also been allotted fresh work.

Dr. Rajoura also got this responsibility

Dr. Rajesh Rajoura has been given the responsibility of implementing and monitoring the announcements of the Chief Minister, A Plus and A Monitor cases, along with cabinet related work and policy matters, establishment of Chief Minister’s office and internal arrangements, administrative reforms and innovations, monitoring of the state’s mega projects, government, non-government nominations and appointments, transfers and postings to be sent to the Chief Minister’s office. Apart from this, along with maintaining and corresponding with the letters of the Prime Minister, Union Ministers, Chief Ministers of the state, Members of Parliament, making necessary preparations regarding pending matters before the Government of India and work related to the Collector-Commissioner Conference have also been entrusted to him.

Bharat Yadav given responsibility of 13 departments

Secretary Bharat Yadav has been given the responsibility of coordination with 13 departments, which include departments like Public Relations, Public Works, PHE, Revenue, Commercial Tax, Mineral Resources, Aviation, Food Civil Supplies, Farmers Welfare, Horticulture, Cooperation, Animal Husbandry and Dairy. He will also look after the administrative matters related to Jabalpur and Rewa divisions. He has also been assigned the work related to Simhastha-2028 to be held in Ujjain.
