Bhopal: Prompt and compassionate action by Dial-112 personnel helped provide timely medical assistance to a couple and their young daughter who were injured in a road accident in the Rahli police station area of Sagar district.
According to police officials, the State-level Dial-112 Police Control Room in Bhopal received information on March 7 that a scooter carrying a husband, wife and their small child had been hit by an unidentified vehicle near Rajwas village under Rahli police station limits. Considering the seriousness of the incident, a Dial-112 First Response Vehicle (FRV) stationed at Rahli was immediately dispatched to the spot.
Upon reaching the location, constable Devendra Raikwar and pilot Ramnaresh Tiwari quickly assessed the situation and began rescue efforts. The couple and their daughter were found injured, with one of them suffering a serious leg injury.
Without delay, the Dial-112 team safely transported all three injured persons to Rahli Hospital in the FRV, where doctors immediately began treatment.
The swift and responsible response of the Dial-112 personnel ensured that the victims received prompt medical care, preventing the situation from becoming more serious. The incident highlights the commitment of Madhya Pradesh Police to public safety and emergency assistance.
