Bhopal: The Dial-112 emergency service operating across Madhya Pradesh has emerged as a strong example of rapid response, humanitarian sensitivity and public safety. Over the past three days, its timely interventions in several districts ensured prompt relief and medical assistance to citizens injured in road accidents.
In Mandsaur district, a passenger bus overturned near Dhabla Gurjar village on the Ujjain highway after a tyre burst in the Shamgarh police station area. Ten passengers were injured in the mishap. On receiving the alert, the Dial-112 team rushed to the spot and shifted all the injured to a government hospital using First Response Vehicles (FRVs) and ambulances.
Similarly, in Shivpuri’s Kolaras area, eight people sustained injuries after a collision between a bus and a truck. Dial-112 personnel promptly reached the scene and ensured the injured were safely transported to hospital.
In Chhatarpur, two people injured in a motorcycle collision on the Kadwara–Garhwali road were given timely help. In Narmadapuram, a seriously injured युवक hit by an unidentified vehicle was also rushed to hospital. Dial-112 has become a reliable lifeline for emergencies across the State.
