Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that new initiatives have been introduced under good governance for citizen convenience — including the launch of air tourism services, promotion of drone technology, e-registration systems, and faster resolution of public grievances.
At the conclusion of the first day of the conference, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav issued key directives to Collectors and Commissioners aimed at enhancing public welfare.

All officers should work under Vision 2047, focusing on the first five-year plan.

Collectors, CEOs, SPs, and DFOs should function as a coordinated team in their districts.

Collectors, CEOs, and other officials must stay overnight in rural areas periodically.

Greater attention should be given to resolving complaints received through the CM Helpline.

Negligence in public hearings will not be tolerated; officers must treat them seriously.

There should be no complaints of lack of coordination with public representatives.

Innovation must continue in every district.

Schemes with scope for improvement should be strengthened.

The Geeta Bhavan Scheme should be expedited to promote social harmony in cities.

Review the functioning of development authorities (SADA).

Accelerate implementation of MoUs signed for industrial projects.

Expedite settlement of land belonging to defunct mills.

Promote religious tourism and realize local opportunities in every district.

Prioritize development of small and cottage industries.

Simplify the process of land acquisition.

Continue the Revenue Campaign, under which 1.08 crore revenue cases have been resolved since January 2024; ensure no backlog remains.

Focus on farmer registration under the Bhavantar Scheme — 1.5 lakh farmers have registered so far.

Promote organic and natural farming, and encourage horticulture crops in every district.

Encourage rose cultivation near religious cities.

Promote drip and sprinkler irrigation; designate one weekly market per district for organic and natural produce.

Conduct regular inspections of hospitals; establish private medical colleges under PPP model.

Intensify campaigns against malnutrition with coordination between Health and Women & Child Development departments.

Improve urban transport and construct flyovers in major cities.

Take strict action against illegal colonies.
