New Delhi, Jan 17 (UNI) The Ajit Pawar-led Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) on Friday released the list of 30 candidates for the 70-member Delhi Assembly elections.
Giving this information, party’s national general secretary and chief national spokesperson Brijmohan Shrivastav in a statement said the names of the candidates were approved by the parliamentary board.
The party has fielded Vishvanath Agarwal from New Delhi assembly constituency, Zameel from Kalkaji, Khalid Ur Rehman from Chandni Chowk and Sanjay Mishra from Karawal Nagar
Some of the candidates fielded from prominent constituencies are Vishvanath Agarwal from New Delhi assembly constituency, Zameel from Kalkaji, Khalid Ur Rehman from Chandni Chowk and Sanjay Mishra from Karawal Nagar.
It may be mentioned that voting in Delhi will take place on February 5, while the counting will be on February 8.
