Bhopal: The Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board’s pavilion remains the center of attraction at the Global Investors Summit-2025. The state’s major tourist destinations, ancient temples, majestic forts and breathtaking natural sites have been showcased through innovative technology and interactive panels. The delegates were given live darshan of Mahakal through holograms. They were also given Baba Mahakal’s Prasad specially brought from Ujjain. Along with this, while cycling, the experience of wildlife along with Orchha, Khajuraho and Sanchi Stupa is being provided through virtual reality.
A special zone of sound healing technology has been created in the pavilion to showcase wellness tourism. In the live counter of the traditional handicraft Bagh print of the state, the delegates are also buying products like saris and stoles. To make the moments of GIS memorable, a Mowgli selfie point has been set up. In this, the delegates can take selfies with the characters of the Jungle Book, Mowgli, Bagheera, cheetah and tiger.
Madhya Pradesh Tourism has planned a special travel tour for the representatives from the country and abroad who came to the Global Investors Summit. The delegates have expressed interest in the Mahakaleshwar Temple in Ujjain as well as the Buddhist Stupa of Sanchi, the Shiva Temple of Bhojpur and the historical caves of Bhim Betka. Along with this, the tourist village Khari has also been included in the tourism project. It is being liked a lot by the delegates, where the delegates are experiencing the rural lifestyle and local culture.
A cultural village has been developed to present the district culture along with the tribal and local culture of the state in a lively form. In this, the amazing talent of the tribal and folk artists of the state is also being displayed. Presenting a glimpse of the cultural landscape, tribal dances, traditional clothes, paintings, clay and metal crafts along with folk music are attracting all the delegates. Tribal dances, especially those of Bonga, Baiga, Sahariya, Kol and Korku tribes, are being presented.
An excellent example of the handicraft art of Madhya Pradesh like Chanderi and Maheshwari saris, Bagh prints, pottery, metal jewellery and wooden toys are being presented. Traditional songs and music are being presented by folk singers of Nimar and Bundelkhand.
