Bhopal/Gaya: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister and BJP star campaigner Dr. Mohan Yadav launched a scathing attack on the Congress and the INDIA bloc during his campaign trail in Gaya, Bihar, asserting that the opposition has a history of disrespecting the state and the nation.
Rahul Gandhi’s ‘Politics of Disrespect’
Addressing a public rally at the Haridas Seminary School Auditorium, Dr. Yadav drew a sharp distinction between Mahatma Gandhi’s Congress and the current party under Rahul Gandhi. He criticized the Congress leader for his lack of decorum, alleging that Rahul Gandhi consistently “insults India both at home and abroad.”
“When our Army strikes the enemy inside their territory, he demands proof,” Dr. Yadav stated, challenging the public to deliver a strong rebuke to such rhetoric. He further accused Congress leaders of previously belittling Bihar by calling it a “small state,” an insult echoed by their allies like AAP and Mamata Banerjee.
Vision for Bihar’s Development and Culture
Praising the leadership of PM Narendra Modi and CM Nitish Kumar, Dr. Yadav highlighted the comprehensive development achieved under the NDA rule, leading to reduced migration and local job creation. He noted the deep historical and cultural ties between Bihar and Madhya Pradesh, referencing Emperor Ashoka and the religious significance of Gaya. The CM suggested that a grand Lok (corridor) should be developed in Gaya, similar to the majestic Mahakal Lok in Ujjain. Dr. Yadav concluded that under PM Modi, India is achieving self-reliance and undergoing a significant cultural renaissance.
