Bhopal: The 10-day “Sangathan Srijan” organisational training camp, organised by the Madhya Pradesh Congress Committee, concluded successfully on Tuesday in Pachmarhi. The camp, aimed at strengthening the party’s grassroots structure, saw active participation from district presidents and key organisational leaders from across the state.

On the final day, State In-charge Harish Chaudhary distributed certificates to all district presidents who completed the training. Addressing the participants, Chaudhary urged them to return to their respective districts with renewed courage and conviction. “The real strength of the Congress lies in its grassroots workers. We must work with sincerity and commitment to reinforce the organisation from the village level to the booth level,” he said.

Mahendra Joshi, the officer in charge of the training programme, emphasised that the camp was not simply a formal exercise but part of a continuous campaign to enhance organisational capability. He announced that the Congress would conduct an eight-tier training structure across the state, covering every level from state units down to booth committees. “Leadership development, organisational discipline and consistent training constitute the foundation of a strong party. This initiative aims to ensure every worker is not only informed but empowered,” he stated.

Addressing the concluding session, Sachin Rao, head of the All India Congress Committee’s Training Department, encouraged participants to apply the learnings in practical field work. “This training is meaningful only when it reflects in your actions and organisational conduct. Strengthening the Congress is not a theoretical pursuit but a continuous practice,” he remarked.

The session concluded with all district presidents taking a collective pledge to reinforce the Congress organisation with renewed energy, commitment and unity. The camp is being viewed as a strategic step ahead of upcoming electoral and organisational challenges in Madhya Pradesh.
