Cong constitutes 11-member committee for Talent Hunt programme

Bhopal: The Madhya Pradesh Congress Committee has constituted an 11-member committee under its Media Department to ensure the Talent Hunt programme is conducted in a more effective, organised and robust manner. The move aims to identify, train and promote new communicators and spokespersons to strengthen the party’s media outreach across the State.

Mukesh Nayak has been appointed chairman of the committee. The members include Jayavardhan Singh, MLA; Hemant Katare, deputy leader of the Opposition; Arif Masood, MLA; Vikrant Bhuria, MLA; Mahesh Parmar, MLA; and Mahendra Joshi, in-charge of the Training Department. Former MLA Shailendra Patel has also been included.

Other members are Bhupendra Gupta, chairman of the Ideology Department; Mrinal Pant; Apurva Bhardwaj; and Reena Bosasi Sosia, State president of the Mahila Congress.

Party sources said the committee will work to streamline selection processes, enhance training modules and ensure wider participation, with a focus on strengthening the Congress’s communication strategy ahead of key political challenges.
